Monthly Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

To cancel, log into your customer account and manage your subscription, or email us at info@pawsitivelyorganicdogbakery.com.

Please cancel before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming subscription box.

Cancellations take effect for future billing cycles and do not automatically cancel orders that have already been processed or paid for.

Prepaid Subscriptions

Prepaid subscription plans are purchased for a specified number of deliveries. Cancellation of automatic renewal, where applicable, prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund unused prepaid deliveries.
