Refund Policy

“Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-baked dog treats, all food items are final sale and non-returnable.”

Thank you for choosing PAWsitively Organic Dog Bakery!
All of our treats are handmade fresh with organic ingredients, and we want every pup (and pet parent!) to be thrilled with their order.

Because our products are perishable, please review the policy below.

Perishable Items (Treats, Muffins, Donuts, Pupcakes, Cakes, Jerky, EmPAWnadas)

Due to the nature of our fresh-baked, preservative-free treats, we cannot accept returns on any perishable items.

Once treats leave our kitchen, we cannot resell or reuse them — thank you for understanding.

If Something Arrives Damaged
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the package and product. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

Include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the issue

  • a brief description

We will make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Allergy or Sensitivity Issues

All ingredients are clearly listed on every product page.
If your pup experiences sensitivities, please contact us — we’re happy to help guide you to gentler options.

However, due to food safety laws, we cannot accept returns based on ingredient issues after purchase.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not started baking or processing.

Once work has begun, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a carrier (USPS or UPS) marks your package as delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building staff, or mailroom

  2. Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers scan early

  3. If still missing, contact the carrier.

  5. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

    Returned-to-Sender Packages

    If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address submitted at checkout:

    • You may request reshipment by paying the new shipping fee.

    • Refunds are not available for perishable items returned to sender due to address errors.

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
