Thank you for ordering from PAWsitively Organic Dog Bakery!
Every treat is baked fresh in small batches, and we work hard to get your pup’s goodies to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time (Baking + Packing)

Because we bake everything fresh with no preservatives:

  • Orders are processed and baked within 3-5 business days.

  • During holidays or high-volume seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.

We appreciate your patience — fresh-baked takes a little more time. 💛🐾

Shipping Carriers

We ship using:

  • USPS

  • UPS

Your carrier is chosen automatically based on weight, size, and location to offer the fastest and most affordable delivery.

We also offer Pickups!

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping speed varies by destination, but generally:

  • East Coast: 2–3 business days

  • Midwest: 4-5 business days

  • West Coast: 5-7 business days

  • Rural areas: may take additional time

Once your package leaves our kitchen, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier.

Tracking Information

You’ll receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email

  2. Shipping Confirmation Email + Tracking Number

  3. Delivery Notification (optional depending on your email system)

Tracking updates may take 24 hours to appear after the package is scanned.

Warm Weather Shipping (Spring/Summer)

During warmer months, some treats may soften in transit.
We may use:

  • Eco-friendly insulation

  • Ice packs (if needed)

We recommend bringing treats inside promptly after delivery.

Incorrect Address / Return to Sender

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • We will contact you as soon as it arrives back to us.

  • You may choose to reship the order by paying the new shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a carrier marks your package as delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Check with neighbors, mailrooms, or building offices.

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early).

  3. If still missing, contact the carrier.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
