Our organic, human-grade dog treats are lovingly handmade in small batches using quality ingredients, without artificial preservatives. We take pride in preparing and carefully packaging every order so your furry family member can enjoy something special!
Order Processing Time
Because our treats are handmade and baked in small batches, please allow 5–7 business days for order processing, baking, decorating, and packaging.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
During busy holiday seasons, special events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. We will contact you if we anticipate a significant delay.
Please note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.
FREE standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $45 or more!

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order ships, estimated domestic transit times generally range from 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Warm Weather Shipping
We take extra precautions when shipping temperature-sensitive treats during warmer months.
Depending on the products ordered and weather conditions, we may use:

These precautions help protect your treats during transit and do not necessarily mean the products require refrigeration.
We recommend bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery and following the storage instructions provided with your treats.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for eligible orders when offered at checkout.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@pawsitivelyorganicdogbakery.com.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
We cannot guarantee address changes once a package has shipped.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

If your order arrives damaged, please email us promptly with your order number and photographs of the packaging and affected products.

International Shipping — Canada
We offer shipping to Canada for select shelf-stable, nonperishable dog treats.
Perishable products, including fresh muffins and donuts, are not eligible for international shipping.
Canadian shipping costs vary based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and available shipping services.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International shipping availability is subject to product eligibility and applicable import regulations.
