Where are your treats made?

All treats are fresh-baked in small batches in New Jersey.

What is the shelf life?

Perishable Treats:
– Refrigerated: up to 7 days
– Frozen: up to 6 months

Baked & Dehydrated Treats:
– Shelf life: up to 6 months
– Store in cool, dry place

Jerky:
– Shelf life: up to 4 months
– Store in cool, dry place
– Optional: refrigerate for freshness

How should I store perishable treats?

Most customers store treats in the freezer and serve directly from there.
You can also thaw 10–15 minutes for a softer bite.

Are your treats organic?

Yes! We use organic and human-grade ingredients whenever possible.

Are your treats safe for sensitive stomachs?

Yes — no preservatives, no artificial colors, no corn, no soy, no added sugar or salt.

Can humans eat these treats?

Yes — they are human-grade, though lightly sweetened for dogs.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

All orders are baked fresh.
Orders usually ship within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Carrier

We use USPS and UPS depending on weight and location and offer Pickup.

Shipping Times

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

Warm Weather Shipping

During summer, we may pack treats with insulation or ice packs when necessary.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

4. REFUND POLICY

Perishable Treats

Because our treats are perishable and handmade, we cannot accept returns.

If Something Arrives Damaged

Please email us within 48 hours with photos, and we will make it right.

Wrong Item Sent

We will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If a carrier loses your package, we will replace it after an investigation window.
